The city’s heavy reliance on tourism has led to economic vulnerabilities, seasonal unemployment, and rising living costs, which threaten the stability of local residents. Additionally, an aging population places strain on healthcare and social services, while pollution and waste management issues are exacerbated during peak tourist seasons.

To address these concerns, sustainable planning is essential. Our projects in and around Split focus on horse caretaking, special needs support, animal care, and youth engagement. These initiatives foster community involvement and promote social equity, ensuring that Split’s unique charm and natural beauty are preserved for future generations while also improving the welfare of local animals and residents alike.

Work in a variety of medical settings and with a mixture of cases, shadowing doctors and nurses and actively contributing to the care of the patients.
